TASTING NOTES : Ruby red color with a medium layer, with tile rims in the thin layer. High aromatic intensity with very complex aromas typical of a long aging in wood: coffee, chocolate, figs, tobacco ... In the mouth it appears as a very polished, round wine, with a very easy palate, and an aftertaste persistent. In retronasal, licorice and chocolate appear. This wine remains between 12 and 18 months in American oak barrels. Later it rests between 18 and 24 months in bottle
