Ensaimada with apricots above that give it a touch of freshness by combining the fruit with the pasta from the ensaimada. Simply an excellent result, great.

Ingredients: Flour, water, sugar, eggs, sourdough, lard, yeast, salt and apricots.

After kneading the dough and a few resting times, the dough is stretched on a table and wrapped over itself giving it this characteristic form of "churro" and then kneel it on a cooking pan and let it rest from 12 to 18h. At its optimum fermentation point, apricots are put on top and cooked in our oven, then allowed to cool to pack and handle with great affection and thus achieve the best possible conservation and durability.




At the time of consumption it is recommended to preheat the oven to 180º, and once the temperature has been reached the oven is STOPPED. The ensaimada is removed from its packaging and placed in the oven STOPPED for 3 minutes, no more. It is taken out of the oven and is ready to consume, as if it were freshly made !!
