Our cooking chorizo: good for frying, good for cooking. It is made from top quality fresh meats. Marinated and kneaded, it is left to rest for 24 hours before being stuffed. Once stuffed, it goes to our drying rooms, where days later and after a small smoking process they will be ready for sale. This product is available in sweet or spicy varieties. 7-8 chorizo chips, weight 1 kg.
